Members who wish to attend the
seminar will have to pay RM140.00 (inclusive of transportation, hotel
accommodation on a twin-sharing basis and four meals). Registration
will commence on 2 August and close on 16 August 2010 or upon reaching
120 participants whichever is earlier. The sum of RM140.00 is
non-refundable. Payments shall be made by cheque or money order in
favour of Koperasi Guru Pulau Pinang Berhad.
Members who have book and subsequently unable to attend may transfer
the booking to another member. Any change in name must be submitted to
the office not later than two weeks before the seminar.
Tickets to watch the show "Dazzie"
will be sold at a special rate of RM48.00 each (PS3 Gallery). Kindly
make your payment upon registration if you wish to book the ticket.
