To complete the application form and submit to the Society.

Your application will be scrutinized by the Society, upon acceptance, we will submit to Mobif for registration and your line will be activated. (No registration fee will be imposed.)

Mobif will then provide you with the gatewate number.

To enjoy the disounted call, you are required to dial up the Mobif gateway number, upon receiving response from Mobif gateway with a "Beep" sound, you can proceed to dial the number you wish to connect.

Monthly itemized bill will be sent to you to verify the usage and a copy will be sent to the Society for  deduction from member's salary.

6.

Those who do not wish to pay through deducton from salary are allowed to pay directly to the Society not later than the 10th of the following month.

7.

Outstanding bills not settled by the 10th of the following month may face temporary disconnection until the amount is fully settled.

8.

Outstanding bills not settled will be debited to member's account and the Society reserves the right to charge a rate of 7% per annum until settlement.
