Upgrading
Computer System - On-Line Enquiries
The recently completed computer system
upgrade would allow the Co-operative to keep pace with the current IT
trends. In fact, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia has acknowledged that
this upgrading has made our Co-operative one of the most innovative in
terms of IT usage.
This upgrade exercise will allow our
Co-operative to better communicate with our members in a timely manner
through the web site. The web site can now act as an additional channel
for the Co-operative to provide current news and announcements for our
members. More importantly, on-line statements like what is being
offered by any Internet banking services is now available to our
members. Members who register with the web site can view their previous
day statements through the Internet. In the future, on-line loan
applications can be submitted through the Internet.
In order to enjoy these benefits, members
will need to register with the web site using their new identification
card number (IC number) and their membership number. After
registration, members will be able to log in to the web site and view
their statements on-line.
