Replacement Of Director

Encik Adam Alim Bin Abdullah @ Lim Ming Tzong tendered his resignation as a member of the Board on 10.8.2011 . The Board has appointed Mr. Lim Seong Hoon to replace him.

Mr. Lim Seong Hoon will serve as a director of the Co-operative until the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

80th Annual General Meeting / Annual Dinner

The tentative dates for the 80th Annual General Meeting and the Annual Dinner has been fixed as follows:

80th AGM            - 25 March 2012

Annual Dinner     - 24 April 2012

The venue for both the AGM and Annual Dinner will be announced in the next bulletin.
