As announced by the government, GST will take effect from 01 April 2015. To assist our members to
understand further on the mechanics of GST, our Co-operative is organising a one-day seminar to be
held on :

The seminar is limited to 80 participants only. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
Members who are interested in attending the seminar are required to fill in the "Reply Proforma"
and return with a registration fee of RM10.00. Registration fee can be paid by cash or crossed
cheque made in favour of " Koperasi Guru Pulau Pinang Berhad". Tea and lunch will be provided.

The registration fee of RM10.00 will be refunded to you only when you register by 8.30 a.m on the
day of the seminar.
