The audited account for financial year ending 31 December 2020 was completed and submitted to Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia.

Our application to pay the dividend of 2.1% on Share Capital Account and 4.1% on Subscription Account without holding the 89th Annual General Meeting was submitted to SKM and received approval from Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia on 23 August 2021.

This dividend will be credited into your bank account on 21 October 2021.

For those who did not register for dividend withdrawal,  the dividend entitlement will be credited into your Cooperative "Simpanan Khas" account in accordance with By-Law No.66(2)
