Registration
of Members Attending
the AGM
Members attending the forthcoming
Annual General Meeting are requested
to take note of the following registration procedures.
Registration will commence at
12.00 noon (although the meeting will only start at 2.30 p.m.)
and end at 2.30 p.m.
SHARP. Members who obtain the attendance memo on or before
2.30
p.m. will be eligible to vote, claim the travelling allowance and
participate in the lucky draws.
