A meeting was held between the representative from Aspen Group and our Directors to introduce their afforable Condominium to our members. The Condo is called "TRIPINNACLE" and is located at Lebuhraya Halia, Tanjong Tokong.
  The built-up area is 800 sq. ft. which comes with a standard 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The heaps of facilities consist of Recreation Corner, BBQ area, Waiting Lounge, Gymnasium, Infinity Sky Pool, Jacuzzi, Basket Ball Court, Jogging Track, Event Hall, etc...
  Aspen Group agrees to provide assistance to our members to register and submit the PN1 forms to the State Housing Department for affordable housing project to own their 1st property.
  For those who have already owned a property, you are also eligible to buy the unit subject to the terms & conditions.
  Aspen Group has agreed to hold an event to brief our members for details on the project. Members who are interested are required to fill up the form enclosed an submit to the Koperasi to enable us to make the necessary arrangement with Aspen Group.
