As announced in our earlier bulletin, no cheque will be issued for payment of dividend. Those who have yet to register their bank accounts and wish to withdraw their dividends are required to complete the individual form attached and return to the koperasi.
 
  Members who have already registered their bank accounts with the Koperasi for payment of dividends are NOT required to submit these forms as future payments by e-banking will be done through the bank account registered earlier.
