REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS
ATTENDING THE
90th AGM
Due to the outbreak of the current
coronavirus disease (COVID-19 ) and
the Movement Control Order by the Government, the Co-operative is
required to follow strictly to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
set by the Government.
All members attending the AGM at St. Xavier's Institution, must observe
SOP and guidelines as required by the Government of Malaysia effective
1st May 2022. Members are asked to co-operate by not bringing
their spouses who are non-member or their children to the Annual
General Meeting. They will not be admitted into the meeting hall as
non-member is strictly not allowed at the meeting.
Therefore members who wish to attend the 90th AGM are required to take
note of the following procedures:

1.

The
"Attendance Memo" and "Travelling Allowance Voucher", are printed
in this bulletin for your completion.
|
|
2.
|
Please detach the portion
"Attendance Memo / Payment Voucher ", complete all particulars and
bring along with you to the AGM for registration (to expedite
registration).
|
|
3.
|
Please wear your face mask at
all times in the premises.
|
|
4.
|
Upon completion of the above,
you can proceed to the registration counters.
|
|
5.
|
New members whose memberships
were approved after 15th June 2022 are not eligible to attend the
Annual General Meeting.
|
|
6.
|
At the registration counters,
ballot papers, lucky draw slips and meeting allowance clalm vouchers
will be issued this year.
|
|
7.
|
In order to follow the SOP
strictly, only 500 seats are available in the meeting hall.
|
|
8.
|

6.
|
Only members and working staff
are strictly allowed to attend the AGM.
|
|
9.
|
Any questions pertaining to the
AGM must be submitted in writing to the Coop Office, 7 days before the
scheduled date of the AGM.

During registration members must
produce their membershlp cards and identity cards. Nine registration
counters will be set up:
