1. Booking of tables will commence on 15th July 2022 and close on
12th August 2022.

4. Payment

    i) Dinner payment is to be made to PTCS office by cash or online transfer to
        PBB Account ( Public Bank )

    ii) Please provide proof of payment by whatsapp a screenshot with the
       following details :

        a. Name of Member
        b. School
        c. Membership No

    iii) Accommodation : payment is to be made directly to the hotel upon check -

5. Bookings shall be by full table (10 persons). Groups of less than tens shall be
placed at tables allocated by the Co-operative.

6. Children are not allowed to join the Annual Dinner.

7. Vegetarian food can be arranged on request, please specify upon registration.

8. The Board would like to appeal to all members to be punctual for the dinner.

9. Lucky draw will be based on membership number.

10. Please take note that the draws for individual prizes will commence at 7.30 pm onwards. Members must produce their membership cards and identity cards to claim their prizes. All prizes should be claimed at the dinner by the member whose number has been drawn.

11. For the top 3 prizes, make sure that you are present to receive your prize        when your number is called.

12. Any member attending the dinner as a replacement (for a member who has made an earlier booking but subsequently is unable to be present) must inform the office in writing, email or whatsapp before 12.00 noon on 24th August 2022. The decision of the Organising Committee shall be final.

13. There will be a Best Dressed winner for male and female according to the Theme of the night
