1. MEMBERS MUST PRODUCE THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD OR NRIC UPON
REGISTRATION.

2. Upon registration, each member will be issued an "Allowance Memo".

3. The duly completed "Allowance Memo" is to be exchanged for allowance after the meeting is adjourned.

4. Members are advised to safe guard their "Allowance Memo" as lost "Allowance Memo" will be considered allowance paid.

5. Only registered members are allowed into the meeting hall.

6. Non-member, spouses and children of members are not allowed into the meeting hall.

7. Any member who wishes to be nominated as a delegate must come prepared with a proposer and seconder among the members present at the meeting hall before the start of the election process. No proxy is allowed.

8. EACH MEMBER IS ALLOWED TO BE A PROPOSER OR SECONDER TO ONE NOMINEE ONLY.

9. Should the number of nominees be below that of the delegation quota (30 for each "kawasan"), then all nominated shall be elected delegates to represent kawasan Pulau / Seberang Perai to the Mesyuarat Agung Perwakilan Tahunan kali ke - 91.

10. Should the number of nominees exceed the delegation quota (30 for each "kawasan"), then votes will be taken. The process will be by the show of hands by all present at the meeting.

11. The 30 members (for each "kawasan") with the highest number of votes shall be elected delegates representing kawasan Pulau / Seberang Perai to the Mesyuarat Agung Perwakilan Tahunan kali ke - 91.

12. Details of the Mesyuarat Agung Perwakilan Tahunan kali ke- 91 will be made known to the elected delegates via post mail, e-mail, Whatsapp or Telegram.

13. Each member will be given cash RM70 and a RM30 BHP petrol voucher for their attendance at the Mesyuarat Agung Kawasan 2023 / 2024.

14. ALLOWANCE WILL BE PAID AFTER THE MEETING IS ADJOURNED.

15. Members need to surrender the duly completed "Allowance Memo" to the Board members on duty in exchange for their allowances.
