In response to a query at the
78th Annual General Meeting, the
co-operative hereby provides the information on the transactions done
on CIMB Securities Trading Account managed by Financial lanner Mr Eric
Lim for the financial year ending 30.9.2009.
There were three transactions
done during the period 1.10.2008, one was
sold and the other two were compulsory take over (TO). The details were

reported in the Report of the Investment Committee under the disposal
of shares.
According to the records, the
Co-operative made a realised profit of RM37,720.54 from the overall
investment under CIMB Securities Trading Account managed by Mr Eric Lim
from July 2006 till January 2010 (last transaction).
