The 88th Annual Dinner was put on
hold due to restrictions under the Movement Control Order (MCO) and the
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Members will be informed in the
event that the Koperasi decide to proceed with the 88th Annual Dinner.
Dividend
The audited account
for financial year ending 31 December 2019 was completed and submitted
to Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia (SKM).
Our application to pay the dividend of 2.1% on Share Capital Account
and 4.1% on Subscription Account without holding the 88th Annual
General Meeting was submitted to SKM and received approval from
Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia on 6.8.2020.
Members who have registered with the Koperasi for withdrawal of
dividend previously can check with their banks as the payment had been
submitted to the respective banks to credit the dividend into their
accounts.
For those who did not register for dividend withdrawal, the dividend
entitlement will be credited into your "Simpanan Khas" account in
accordance with By-Law No 66(2).
