TO THE OFFICE OF
BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2024/2025

Under the guidelines of SKM GP
(3) & GP (13), “An elected
delegate who is qualified to stand for election to a post shall cause a
nomination paper to be submitted to the Nomination Committee. An
elected delegate may stand for election to one post only”.

Directors of the Co-operative are due to retire at the forthcoming Annual
General Meeting 2024/2025:

NOTICE FOR THE
MEMBERS OF PTCS
Members
have to top up their subscriptions up to a minimum of RM1,100
before they can make withdrawals of their balances from the
Co-operative. We would like to gently remind our members of the clause
pertaining to the by-laws that state that subscriptions can only be
given 12 months after resigning from the Co-operative.
