NOTA
1. Members must
produce their MEMBERSHIP CARD or NRIC upon registration.
2. Upon registration, each member
will be issued an “Allowance Memo”.
3. The duly completed “Allowance
Memo” is to be exchanged for allowance
after the meeting is adjourned.
4. Members are advised to safeguard
their “Allowance Memo” as LOST
“Allowance Memo” will be considered as “Allowance Paid”.
5. Only registered members are
allowed into the meeting hall.
6. Non-members, spouses and children
of members are not allowed into
the meeting hall.
7. There will not be any election of
delegates for the current year, as
the Board of Directors has opted for a biennial election for delegates
in the Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan 2023/2024.
8. Hence, the 30 delegates from each
“Kawasan” / Area who were elected
as delegates in the Mesyuarat Agung Kawasan 2023/2024 shall continue to
represent Kawasan / Area Seberang Perai / Pulau at the Mesyuarat Agung
Perwakilan Tahunan 2024/2025.
9. Details of the Penyata Kewangan
2023, Anggaran Belanjawan 2025, and
Mesyuarat Agung Tahunan Perwakilan will be distributed to the delegates
via post mail, e-mail, WhatsApp or Telegram.
10. Each member will be given cash
RM70.00 and RM30.00 voucher of
BHPetrol, Anson Road, Georgetown, Penang, for their attendance at the
Mesyuarat Agung Kawasan 2024/2025.
11. ALLOWANCE WILL BE
PAID AFTER THE MEETING IS ADJOURNED.
12. Members need to surrender the
duly completed “Allowance Memo” to
the Board members on duty in exchange for their allowances.
